i think handphones are prone to H1N1 too,
hmm, only difference is they have different syndrome.
"scientific" research shows that, phones infected by H1N1 will have different signs and syndrome as compared to humans, firstly;
instead of fever, they have 'speaker not working problem',
instead of soar throat, they have funny looking colour appearing on screen or turn blank though its still on.
instead of coughing, they dont respond when one press anything on the keypad or anywhere else.
and many other problems.

AYG appreciation night yesterday at the indoor stadium.
packed with people yet not really that many people =.=
didnt get to take picture with the mascot, i think they call him fraser or something.
initially i didnt know what performances they mentioned in the schedule thingy for that night, so i was expecting something like some magician popping out from somewhere.
but who would have thought it would be stefanie sun's concert, if im not wrong her concert starts today, so yesterday was like a peek preview?
the stage decoration thingy and the lighting was fancy, other than that it was all mandrin songs.
im not really a fan of chinese songs though i listen to some....some only~ so it was nothing special except! i have never been to a concert before. nice experience, and im going deaf.

i happen to have some photos my friend took.
and some of which i took myself, dont blame me for the bad quality.

today's actually my last day of duty for AYG,
it has been a very fulfilling and tiring experience for the past 4days,
glad that i've done what im suppose to do and at the same time kinda sad as well,
no more joking around with my fellow group mates, and interacting with foreign athletes.
our boss(leader) is good, Mr Arjuna for his guidance and patience, thanks Boss!,
free flow of drinks and the food is nice although i didnt take any. =.=
though not knowing anyone from the start, standing under hot sun for many many many hours, staying until damn late, tolerating unreasonable people. but overall it was nice. i hope youth olympic next year would be as nice as this one.
i didnt manage to get any pins from any athletes from any country, so disappointing la.
hey~ and im considered one of the youngest among other volunteers in my group.
i like it man!

what a "lucky" day
hours ago i was just talking to chwan rong, telling how good is it to be able to attend camps organized by school, because that doesnt happen often to me.
and hours later, i find myself stuck, whether to go for some SC camp or to go for kayaking expedition which im so looking forward to go.
if i didnt attend today's briefing,
and if SC didnt inform us of this 'important' camp today,
i would be happily waiting for the expedition day to come.
now that the dates for the camp are set, EXACTLY the same 3days.
seem like i will have to give up on expedition. or can i just write a letter for absence, is it really that important? i sensed that its going to be boring =.=
i mean, come on, what can we do in school?
is it only me or is it that most of the things those SC say sound so unconvincing.
not that i dont want to go camps la, just that why is it on the same day?
it will be a total waste if i were to miss this expe.

North West CDC is organising The Brooks Republic Run @ North West on 28 June 2009, from 7am to 11am.
This event is in support for the Asian Youth Games, and the Asian Youth Games Torch will be coming to the event.

The torch bearing and run route will be taking place during the Youth Run Category which will happen at 9am. As members of the Youth Assembly and Young Leaders Committee, we are extending the invitation to all members aged 14-18 to take part in the run on 28 June 2009, 9am. The run route is 5km.

The event will be taking place at Republic Polytechnic, which is located at Woodlands.

57th Cadet Officer Course
pop-ed in no.1 uniform,
that marks the end of the cadet officer course,
and its also the beginning of the cadet officer's journey.
the 3 weeks may be tiring, having to report to camp early in the morning, and reaching home late at night.
despite not being able to rest during holidays,
i definately have no regrets for attending this course.
many important lesson was learnt, essential skills was also being taught to us,
besides that new friendship was made throughout the entire 3 weeks.
hey! remember our deal!

3 weeks may seem quite long, but its actually only a short period of time, when you're in there.
very short indeed.
even those long lectures and "body breaking" POP rehearsals seem very fast.
unforgettable la.

grand parades like those in NDP are cool.
watching NDP parades just make me want to be in the guard of honour contingent.
especially when they're in no1 during parades.
i told myself that i will be in the contingent someday.
so i think i have somehow "achieved" one of my goal, that is to be in no1.
though its not NDP.
but at least i got to put on no1 leh.

back from class chalet,
wasnt as fun as i thought
anyway,
went escape on the second day, nothing interesting.
celebrated jannah's birthday, i witness cakes flying everywhere, faces covered with chocolates and the whole place smells like cake after that.
besides that, nothing else interesting happen already la.
cant believe its over, althought its quite boring sometimes, i still enjoyed it.
taking results in a few days time...

was invited by benson to his Passing Out Parade.
went amoy quee camp with szeling and benson's parents yesterday, for benson and chwan rong 56th cadet officer course passing out parade...
i didnt know he only invited 4 of us, i think only can invite 4 people la....benson even arrange transport for us leh, how honoured. his dad send us there and back....how cool is that?? =.= haha

course sounds fun, "according to them"....i wonder if they're lying. hhmmm
but at least got the chance to wear no.1 for pass out parade. to me, thats cool enough.
anyway, it wont be fun if its like the specialist and senior specialist course, damn boring, and dont even have a chance to wear no.1 for Passing out parade.

been working everyday this week, tired like a spider who just swam across a river...
its fun being put in charge of this and that, but being scolded when one of the team member mess things up, thats never fun.
anyway, havent been going to gym for...err....quite some time already.

tennis dont seem as easy as it looks.

hit too soft = the ball cant get to the other side

hit too hard = ball fly out of court and so far away that even fishes cant swim =.= (whatever that means)

especially when the tennis court is at the rooftop.

Error again, couldn’t post this yesterday……..
Teacher’s day concert was ok,
Went back woodgrove, was a last minute notice, so sudden.
Its more like a gathering rather then visiting teacher. =.=
Anyway, went to watch dance thingy on the evening, quite a lot people went leh…

Was informed that mr wong needed people for kayaking duty thingy today,
Wanted to but cant go because my membership expired, =________=
kayaking DUTY also need membership?! what the crap~
benson suggested to renew, but its expensive leh, im broke.
Maybe next time?? But what if I renew?? I seldom go kayaking anyway.
Hhmmm…maybe I’ll consider renewing it the next time. =)

Made friend with this particular big guy, talked about this and that and received some valuable tips too
Well, seem pretty useful, tips from an experienced one after all.
He was more like my personal instructor =.=
Working out with these and that, phew~
Though its tiring but its enjoyable and its all worth tiring for, I totally have that sense of achievement.
